This place was amazing! Joe was super friendly and responsive. House was beautiful and very clean. Located near lots of hiking areas. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Joe!

We were very impressed with Joe’s home in Sedona. It’s located in a great area in Oak Creek right off Hwy 179 on a quiet street. Nearby were any service one could need. The local grocery, Clark’s, was very handy and a great donut shop was a short walk away. We took a private tour of Grand Canyon and they were able to pick us up right at our door. Now for the best part, the house. It had anything you could need. We had plenty of towels, 36 Keurig K cups for coffee, super nice toiletries, two gigantic TVs, pool table, sweet pool and hot tub, six bedrooms one that was on suite, two additional bathrooms, full equipped kitchen, on and on. Joe was super responsive when we had questions which was appreciated. Our group was 13. We had 8 adults and 5 kids under 15. We had no issues with space. There was always a place to hide if you needed to get away. I would strongly suggest considering this home for your visit to Sedona.

Joe’s place was an amazing getaway for a couples trip with our group of 10 adults! The place was exactly as described in a great location just outside of Sedona. The pool and hot tub were perfect and the common space and bedrooms were all sizable and very clean. There was a good amount of restaurants and coffee shops nearby which were easy to walk to. Joe was extremely responsive and helpful which made our stay even better! Would highly recommend a stay here if traveling to Sedona!

Joe’s place was just as described and worked perfectly for my family’s vacation. The space was clean, calm and very well taken care of. His communication was probably the most impressive. He responded very quickly within 5 to 10 minutes usually. I would highly recommend his listing for anyone traveling to Sedona!

We rented this house for a family group to attend graduation at Sonoma State and also do wine tasting and exploring around Sonoma County and the surrounding area. The house was great. Everybody had their own space each space was fairly self-contained and private, but within the house and the kitchen was great wonderful for family, gatherings and meals. The backyard was really peaceful and fun with a pool barbecue hot tub and fire pit. Just a great place to sit around and spend time with each other as a family. We were in proximity to a lot of great wineries and Sonoma State university so all went well and our host was super responsive. We had a great time.

How was a fantastic host. Communicated every well leading up to check in and throughout the entire stay. Super friendly and professional. House was better than expected and just what we needed as a large group. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

this was a perfect house for a girls trip! we were celebrating a 40th birthday with 6 girls. we all had our own bedrooms. the house was spotless and the grounds were pristine. we love the hot tub and fire pit. the house has everything we needed and we would definitely stay here again. the location was perfect. there were coffee shops and trailheads within a 10 minute walk, and the view of the redwood from the patio was gorgeous

Our family-friendly Spring Break stay at Joe's place was absolutely perfect! The house is gorgeous and well-appointed. The pool, hot tub and outdoor cornhole game were a hit with the kids. The house is conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants and shops but feels very neighborhood-like with lovely views. Highly recommend this home and would happily stay again!

Loved this house and our stay. Was right in the middle of wine country and a quick drive up to Healdsburg. The house is beautiful, we enjoyed multiple family meals cooked in the kitchen/grill and enjoyed outside by the pool. Really spacious and well decorated too. Look forward to coming back!

Amazing property. So spacious but still cozy. The amenities like the pool table, spa and huge televisions made every night so much fun. The view from the backyard is beautiful and the wind chimes made the vibe so peaceful. Beds were super comfy, showers had great pressure and the location was perfect. Highly recommended.
